At On-board Telematics we are in the heart of this transformation, and we work with implementing end-to-end functions like Entertain the driver, Driver Coaching, I-See, Remote SW Download and Geofencing. Connectivity is a key enabler for fleet management, uptime services and advanced vehicle services like driver assistance and fuel reduction, targeting reduced costs as well as increased revenues. Our android based service and entertainment system is enabling new features in the entertainment productivity and uptime field.

We are now looking for a Verification Leader.
Mission and Context
Products developed within On-board Telematics command a complex set of requirements that require technical knowledge and expertise. The prime responsibility of the Verification Leader is to plan and govern the verification activities in projects. The Verification Leader must have extensive verification skills in terms of tools and processes. Since we are working cross-functional with our colleagues in Electronics Engineering and Connected Services, a collaboration mind-set and a drive to deliver quality ensured functions is a must.
Responsibilities and deliveries
• Set the verification plan with detailed activities for projects
• Secure the verification environment in terms of rig and tools
• Support the OBT PM as the liaison between project need and product development
• First point of contact for other commodities for verification issues related to Onboard Telematics
• Follow up progress within OBT agile trains from a verification perspective towards OBT PM and line management.
• Secure the integration of deliveries from interfaces with other departments
• Responsible for securing and documenting the technical quality and readiness before release, supporting the project managers

Wanted Profile
You have proven experience within the field of verification and also preferably experience of agile product development. It is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge your organization. You must be a global team player, with a can do attitude, a strong quality focus and a personal drive to deliver solutions and contribute to our customers success.
We believe this is a position for a person that has the ability to work under demanding conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations, also across country and culture borders.
Preferred competences
• Test and verification knowledge for embedded systems in a truck context
• Overall knowledge of OBT system and sub-system including the platform
• Truck function and product knowledge
• Brand and Market specific Telematics knowledge
• Good General knowledge in embedded SW development
Requirements and Qualifications
• MSc in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive, telecom/wireless or a combination
• 3-5 years experience in Embedded SW functions and/or component test and verification strategy, planning and follow up within projects
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Systematic, analytic, pro-active and open minded
• High customer and business focus
• Agile development methods, such as SCRUM and KANBAN
