THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES
We as a group are responsible for the End-to-end verification and maintenance of Volvo and Renault Connectivity and entertainment platform. The group consists of 4 teams responsible for separate products with several different functions in each team. The teams are multinational and English is commonly used at the office. The teams are responsible for planning, designing and executing test cases to find bugs and determine overall quality of the products we are releasing. In vehicle connectivity we work with quick releases to customer vehicles and often get very quick feedback if something is not correct. Our teams are working according to agile principles and follow the safe framework. A lot of communication and sync is needed to make this work with project, development teams and back office functions. We believe in continuous improvement and experiment to find best solution when it comes to cooperation between teams etc. Between us there is an open attitude and willingness to learn from each other.

WHO ARE YOU?
Minimum 5 year of experience with software testing
Knowledge of SAFe and agile principles
Basic knowledge Automotive and/or Telematic industry
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Very good knowledge of English
Nice to have
Experience with test automation
ISTQB certification
C-License
Proven leadership skills
