hela Sverige As a Quality Lead Auditor you will help build and maintain a quality management system that ensures the product quality at the same time as it is being agile. Starting with the standard quality assurance tools you will help developing our way of working to allow for us to deliver our development artifacts and products faster while maintaining the high quality standards required for automated driving
The Quality Lead Auditor will coordinate management review activities/action plans and provide the quality system audit results and recommendation for the Management review
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Plan and follow up system, project-, process- and product audits
• Analyze audit results and direct audit priorities
• Lead/participate in problem resolution teams regarding audit findings
• Provide support and training on Quality Systems
• Coordinate common systems/databases for Quality Management System (for example corrective action, return/reject authorization, internal audit, procedures, etc.)
• Ensure Management System compliance to international standards, customer requirements and ALV policy for quality, environment and safety
• Develop common Management Manual and keeps it updated
• Ensure effectiveness of Audit checklists (AS002, AS003 etc.)
• Perform internal system audits and provide pool of skilled auditors
• Coordinate and administer third party audits
To be able to succeed in the role you probably have a university degree in engineering and at least five years' experience of quality management. Documented knowledge about ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001. ASPICE, and VDA6.3 is an advantage.
As a person you are analytical, quality focused and thorough. You are a result oriented and quality minded person with good priority capability. You are comfortable finding, establishing and following structure
You are a team player that show great coordination and leadership skills, in addition to your communication and presentations skills, which allows you to transmit your message in a structured and convincing matter. In addition, you have good knowledge in Swedish and English, both orally and written
