We are now looking for a UX-designer on behalf of an exciting start up in central Göteborg.

The company is a fast growing start-up within the mobile payment industry. By simplifying the purchase experience, and with a focus on ease-of-use, they are already processing millions SEK each week in Sweden and Finland. After their 4 years in business they are enthusiastic and determined to become the next success story!

Responsibilities

You will join our team of developers and designers in the important endeavour of giving our users effortless, beautiful and consistent experiences. By researching and understanding the needs of our users, you will build use cases and product definitions. You will own the short and long term vision, and prioritize the backlog together with other stake holders. Finally you will follow up on how new features are received.

Qualifications

• An understanding of user experience design, and the web as a medium.
• An analytic mind with a good feel for trade offs.
• Good communication skills and empathic understanding of peoples motivation.
• An ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation.
• A self motivated, hands-on approach, to getting things done.
• A few years of experience as a product owner or as an user experience designer.
