Excited to be part of something new? We are seeking a highly motivated UX / Product designer to join AFRY X!
AFRY is creating a new unit, AFRY X, to excel in our digital offerings and work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio of AFRY. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance, and operation. As a UX / Product designer at AFRY X, you will be working with various digital products and services for their entire lifecycle from end to end.
You have a great understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in both the exploration and implementation of digital products and services.
You are a team player who loves to share your knowledge & ideas, coach, and help team members.
You lead and conduct work through exploration, user research, concept design, user testing, and implementation.
Conduct workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions for evaluating the ideas and solutions together with users, customers, and all other stakeholders in all phases of the product development.
Generate lo-hi fidelity wireframes and prototypes from a customer-centric perspective by using the Lean Start-Up framework and Design Thinking mindset for mobile and web apps.
You have knowledge of agile methodologies in creating usable products with an appealing design.
Who are you?
Formal requirements
Since our UX Design team is growing, we are looking for designers with at least 2' years of work experience within UX design or Product design.
You have good communication skills can communicate complex design concepts easily to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners and solution owners for developing great digital products and services.
Have worked with design systems and implementing good UI designs.
Advocate for design thinking and ensure that we are doing the right things.
Working experience in using tools like Figma, Adobe creative suite, Miro, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Balsamic, Zeplin is more advantageous.
A strong portfolio highlighting both works across platforms and processes.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
And of course, we believe that you have a strong interest in digitalisation!
