We currently have the following job opening;
User Experience Strategist - Infotainment
As user experience strategist you are responsible for short-term and long-term strategic planning within user experience with focus on Infotainment and in-car experience. You will in part have an advising role and help guide different UX development teams to keep in line with the overall UX strategy. You will work closely with the UX scrum teams, HMI attribute team, Geely Design as well as brand and marketing department. You should be continuously updated with ongoing market trends within automotive as well as consumer electronics. You will work within CEVT's Infotainment & Driver Information Module Team. You will be part of a global development team with resources in both Sweden and China.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Set UX short-, and long term strategies and plans.
- Owner of UX "technical insights", both automotive and consumer electronics.
- Driving strategic roadmap within user experience in close collaboration with Infotainment management.
- Make sure to inform, guide and help the UX development teams keep integrity and consistency throughout different projects.
- Set overall UX targets needed to fulfill decided product attributes.
- Support in defining UX guidelines and system content.
- Help push creative boundaries.
Requirements
- Ability to act as "ambassador" for the UX area within an automotive environment.
- Creative & positive mindset and always open to new ideas and input.
- B. Sc. Interaction design/Technical design, Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
- >5 years' experience of embedded systems development
- Experience of UX development
- Relevant working experience from HMI area
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
- Automotive experience is an advantage.
- Ability to take responsibility, drive, motivate and convince
- Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
- Driver's license
