Anderstorpsgymnasiet is an IB candidate school for the Diploma Programme and are awaiting an authorization during 2023. We are now looking for a natural science teacher who wants to contribute to the school of the future. It is an important task to prepare students for their step into adulthood. You will be part of a team where it is natural to cooperate and support each other, where you will contribute with your knowledge within the science subjects. Together with your colleagues you will actively work with the schools development.
You will have the opportunity to combine your science teaching with working as a native language teacher or a study supervisor.
KvalifikationerYou have a teacher degree in physics, chemistry and/or biology and are fluent in English. It is an extra merit if you have experience from international schools. You have good abilities to lead teaching in both practical and theoretical parts of the education. You are familiar to digital technology and use it as a natural tool in your teaching. As a teacher, you have the ability to lead, motivate and plan the work so that the students reach their goals.
Valuable qualities are flexibility, creativity and innovative thinking. You are driven by creating good conditions for students' learning, and the development of high school programs.
