• Develop features and maintain their existing features on Android using Java.
• Communicate effectively with your team: product, design and mobile engineers.
• Actively participate and contribute to your team's way of working and processes (people over process, though).
• Pair program, review pull requests, share knowledge and collaborate with other mobile engineers.
• Drive and own initiatives to improve the department's operations, tech excellence or productivity.

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• You write scalable, reliable and maintainable, readable and performant Java code.
• You have a deep understanding of modern Android development.
• You have experience in working within cross-functional teams.
• You have experience working together with other Android engineers in the same repository
Working language: English
Wanted competence
• You have experience with Dagger, RxJava, Robolectric and multithreading.
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
