• Coordinate and escalate issues relating to the area
• Support the setup of technical environments
• Work closely with maintenance areas and projects (devops)
• Work closely with and knowledge transfer to offshore teams
• Communicate requirements towards infrastructure teams, for example
storage, network, server and database
• Support in setup of alarms and monitoring
• Work with Kanban and ITIL
• Register and monitor tickets via Change management to infrastructure
department

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL Server 2008/2012
• ITIL knowledge, specifically Incident and Change management
• Script Management
• Previous background in working with Application/Server Operation
• Very good troubleshooting skills on Windows Server and Windows Applications
Work language: English
Meriting
• Preferably experience in MSMQ and T-SQL, IIS 7/8, Server Performance
and Alarm Monitoring, VMware, PowerShell
• Swedish
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
