We are now looking for a Tribe leader Commercial Planning and Market Intelligence to ensure customer focus for these efforts!
Description
NEVS is a provider of mobility services and apart from our focus on electric vehicles, also a broad solution provider. We are developing a distinctive yet comprehensive portfolio of global mobility solutions that will inspire and delight people to become "customers for life".
In this position you will:
- be responsible for "Voice of the Customer" in NEVS Business plan process, Portfolio planning and development projects in our company.
- based upon NEVS Business plan, develop a commercial Strategy, including annual plans, to be followed up on quarterly basis.
- develop a Distribution strategy and closely liaise with our Brand Activation team, who is responsible for execution of strategy.
- develop country specific Product programs, including trim level strategy.
- drive market research, including market development in terms of price, volume as well as customer clinics for products
- lead proposals for changes in product specification based upon market needs
- lead proposals for launch pricing for new products and review these in NEVS Board for approval.
- monitor price, volume and contribution margin and propose campaigns or incentives to boost sales.
- drive long term volume forecast.
- responsible for monthly sales forecast meetings globally.
- be S&M representative in Supply and Demand meetings
- embody the NEVS values and provide exemplary leadership, both internally as well as externally.
Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:
- 15 or more years of proven business leadership in international sales and marketing.
- An MBA, Business graduate degree or equivalent.
- Broad-based business experience leading a services or product organization in a product company that delivers business solutions related to Sales, Marketing, Services and/or Support.
- A strong experience across different business models (B2B, B2C, subscription-based) and using multiple channels to market (traditional, internet-based).
- A successful track record in driving change across organizations and markets.
- An excellent command of the Swedish and English languages (Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is desirable).
- A passion for customers, innovation and technology.
- A proven track record working cross-company and with a relevant partner ecosystem to deliver world-class customer intimacy, satisfaction and loyalty.
- The ability to attract and hire key talent, to develop high performing teams and reshape as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team.
- Proven experience building and running a business with the right operational skills

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
