We are one of the leading tour operators to Sweden & Norway and take great pride in our personal and knowledgeable service. We have been trading since 2006.
Simply Sweden is looking for 1 travel consultant to administer and take care of holidays booked by clients mainly from the UK who will travel to Sweden and Norway.
Your job entails liaising with clients pre and post booking, servicing their holiday, speaking to suppliers in Sweden and Norway and ensuring their holiday exceeds their expectations.
Essential criteria
• Speak / write English fluently
• Ability to work in a small team
• Customer service focus
• Organisational and time management skills
• Computer literate in word, excel and other programs
• Willingness to travel
• You must submit your CV and covering letter in English
Advantageous criteria
• Speak / write Swedish to conversational level
• Experience in the tourism industry
• Knowledge of travel across Scandinavia
• Knowledge of culture across Scandinavia
• Driving licence valid in Sweden for a normal car (cat. B)
The position is on a permanent basis. Interviews will take place as soon as possible and employment will commence as soon as possible after 12th September 2016.
