Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
Saab's Product Area, Surveillance Solutions, SSO, has been contracted to support the operation of the ordered Saab 2000 ERIEYE AEW&C in a country in the Middle East.
This is a major undertaking for Saab and we need to appoint a number of technical and administrative positions on site in the country capital.
Saab is setting up a Line & Base maintenance facility and need to employ a Training coordinator to support the local aircraft technicians.
Your future challenge
Your work as Training coordinator is to manage the training and OJT of aircraft technicians and their maintenance staff of the special mission Saab 2000 Aircraft operated by the country Air force.
You will be stationed with accommodation both in the country's capital city and the Airforce base for 1-3 years employed and seconded by Saab AB.
Today's demand
You have good knowledge of the Saab 2000 (AEW&C) aircraft and EASA regulations, and well proven in training matters and the transfer of technical know how to customers.
Leadership skills, teaching background and experience of working in the middle east is also favorable as well as exceptional social skills including focus on customer needs.
You are eager to embrace new cultures, non judgemental, tolerant and understand the need to be flexible knowing when to step forward and when to yield.
