We are looking for an additional member to our Professional Services team. This person will be responsible for producing and performing tailored training sessions and consultation for Apsis customers. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging role working with our high achieving Professional Services team in our Stockholm office.
Your role:
You will be responsible for arranging and executing creative training sessions. The training content is agreed in cooperation with the customer, based on their needs and expectations. As sessions are unique, it is important that you are able to take initiative and challenge the client to optimize their work to gain the most business value of using our platform. Your training objective is to give customers an in depth understanding of our software tools, as well as inspiring them with your broader knowledge in marketing practices. Clients' success is our passion!
Skills and passion:
You are an ideal candidate if you have experience with software training and love customer interaction. You are a great communicator and presenter. Digital marketing is of interest to you and you always seek to educate yourself further. Other skills include:
Digital marketing, software training and/or consultation or similar background, with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably from a marketing/CRM/software industry
Be proactive, creative and positive as well as a natural team player
Be excellent in time management - multitask planning on short and long term assignments
Be structured and efficient in the daily tasks, and openly communicating with colleges to smoothly plan incoming client cases
Be willing and able to travel
APSIS different modules are technical tools and so, ideally, you have an overall technical interest and understanding of data interaction.
We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English. Other languages is a plus since our clients are found all over the world.
