Job Profile: Payroll is done In house for Sweden and Norway and outsourced for all other countries. During beginning of this year adidas will outsource Norway payroll. The purpose with the role is to structure, facilitate and coordinate the outsourced payroll for Denmark, Finland, the Baltic countries and Norway. During the start up for this position a lot of focus will be on the new outsourcing of Norway payroll.
• Suggest improvements on working processes that will allow increased quality, effectiveness and/or cost savings.
• Fully responsible for all SAPHR data input for all countries except Sweden.
• Work in close cooperation with Finance Controlling to secure Cost Control on Personnel expenses.
Your Profile:
• University degree in finance or comparable academic degree followed by a minimum of 2 years professional experience.
• Experience from compensation and benefit tasks and/or experience from finance department
• Basic understanding of accounting of payroll.
• Experience from working in an international organization or a matrix organization combined with experience of living/studying abroad
• Strong social skills and ability to establish long term relationships.
• Good Computer skills, SAPHR or other HR systems experience is a must
• Experience of hands on payroll for any Nordic country is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and Advanced knowledge in English, Knowledge in Finnish is an extra plus
