Description
We're looking for a >7 years experience (Expert) Test Specialist.
Drive and execute the Test phase of the Project to test a functional release or Minimum Loveable Product of the scope and functionality defined for the BOT Global Template underpinned by SAP S/HANA and Ariba technology to be implemented as part of a Cluster of defined countries in a single release.
The Client are implementing a New payment factory, new technology platform for finance and procurement operations replacing a substantial part of our Finance Legacy with SAP S4/HANA .
They will integrate with 70 retail and fulfilment solutions and set up a finance data layer. We are implementing 4 end to end processes for transactional flows, finance information and treasury.
Role description
• Responsible for supporting the development of the technology architecture design needed for product software engineering and deployment.
• Responsible for creating & refining technology architecture designs and patterns to support the capability areas (and product teams) as they design, build and deploy product features & solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring the solution assembly of products adhere to agreed technology architecture standards, principles and the overall roadmap.
• Responsible for driving implementation of the technology architecture roadmap according to plan, minimizing technical debt and maintaining a close feedback loop.
• Responsible for ensuring that technology architecture designs and patterns account for non-functional requirements such as reliability, scalability, performance and resilience.
• Work closely together with other technical architects and cross functional teams to maintain and update technology design specifications.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Strong 'hands on' test experience project management (min. 7 years).
• Experience testing a Minimum Viable Product design, in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout with cloud.
• Experience in complex business & technical environment involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model.
• SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations & cloud-based SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context is a must.
• SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba & SAP
• Ability to drive teams in a diverse international & distributed team.
• Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM).
• Strong communication & decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
