We are a group of Test Engineers and our responsibility is to verify and validate the complete vehicle. We do our best to find improvements of our product so we can inform the design department and together we will meet our customers need. To do so we run complete vehicle tests at Hällered Proving Ground, also sites located around the world and on public roads. To our support we have professional drivers and mechanics.
As a Test Engineer you will lead tests and take full responsibility for planning and supporting the test of a complete vehicle. You will analyse and verify the functions. During and after the test you will write reports and inform our stakeholders about the result from the test. To succeed in this job you need to work close with other departments in the company. When you participate in projects you will have our end customer in focus, what they need and how they would like to have the product.
The team is located in Hällered. Frequent travel is expected.
Who are we?
Today we are 15 Test Engineers in the team and would like to strengthen our team with an electrical and/or software skilled person that are eager to meet new challenge learn how we will test new technology.
You will be part of a great team of social and passionate colleagues with a good sense of humor, focusing on the common goal of keeping our customer on the road.

Who are you?
We belive that you are eager to learn how our customers use our products and interested in testing of complete vehicle. You have an interest in learning new technology in the product, especially software and within electronic. Academic degree or equivalence experience within electronic or software is preferred. It's a merit if you have C or C/E driving license.
You are a team player and encourage collaboration with your colleagues. You can represent your own interests and yet be fair to others in the group. You feel comfortable to present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner. We believe you are a practical person with a positive attitude for whom it is natural to shift from analysis to on-the-fly problem solving.
