Description:
Within our transmission test engineer team we are looking for experienced test engineers. As a Test Engineer - you will be involved in development projects were the product is validated in our test laboratory. In the early development phases you will support both the sales and design team with test oriented tasks. Your responsibilities include definition of test methods, planning and execution of test task and reporting. You will also be a part in methodology- and strategic development of our test laboratory. Test engineer tasks at Vicura involves programming, electronics, electric motors, hybrids, pneumatics, hydraulics as well as customer and supplier contacts.
Qualifications: University degree in Engineering. At least 3-5 years' experience from mechanical testing, preferably within the automotive industry. A strong interest in both product development and in the further development of our methods and tools within Powertrain/Transmission. Able to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English. Analytical person, experience in simulations etc. is an advantage Skills in mechatronics, electrical machines and rig programming is an advantage Good technical understanding, preferable within automotive.
