ACTIA Nordic AB (subsidiary company of ACTIA Automotive) is in a very expansive phase and now needs to strengthen the business with additional staff. We are now looking for a new test engineer to the business in Linköping where we develop the next generations telematics system for cars and other vehicles. We use the absolute latest technology in areas such as GSM, 3G, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, CAN, etc. Software-wise we build our software on operating systems such as Linux. Tough requirements from the automotive industry in combination with a high technical level, exciting challenges, tight projects in a pleasant environment has created a good team with good fellowship and a wealth of experience to share. We mainly work in project teams where you in different degrees have contact with our costumers which requires good communication skills in English

The service is described as follow:

Test engineer: You are responsible for development of test equipment and performing tests. We prefer that you have experience in at least three areas such as analog electronics, RF design and simulation and model design. Knowledge in communication protocols (especially automotive communication protocols such as CAN, Flex Ray and MOST) are also required. For this service you need to be familiar with telecommunication networks, microcontrollers and programming. You are going to work with programming languages and tools such as CANoe, CAPL, OrCAD, C/C ++, Assembler. You need to know how to handle DOORS, a requirement management tool, and you need to have experience with electronic measurement instruments.
