INFRASTRUCTURE AND END USER SERVICES

Within SE IT, Infrastructure and End user services is a combination of core deliverables in areas of platforms, networks, communication and support services with target to develop and deliver business valued IT Services to drive renewable growth and change, with continued cost efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for a person who will take the lead for operating the communication service in Sweden. You need a good understanding how the telephony, VOiP, Video, PBX, Skype, SIP and other functions works together and integrate them in our environment. You need to deal with partners and support organization on all communication matters. Investigate possible bottlenecks and propose improvement changes to fulfill our service delivery. You will have the responsibility together with the communication manager to make strategical decisions to provide the best service.

To be successful in this position you are a self-motivated with the ability to work in a future oriented, fast paced and demanding environment.


Your main responsibilities are, but will not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 support for unified communications, deal with subscriptions reports and follow up.

Take ownership and drive incidents and improvements.

Deep Familiarity on LAN/WAN topologies, protocols, cabling and troubleshooting.

Familiar with Skype for Business and Unified Communications.

Knowledge on QoS standards and policies.

Have close contact with our business and listen to their needs, act according this this information to make strategical actions to provide the communication tools as a service. You will be responsible that for each service - information, training and communication are available. You will work closely together with our external partners, internal resources and IT-community to ensure the best delivery.

You will ensure a working environment for all telephony matters - fixed phones, mobile phones, switchboard integration, skype, video, large events, etc. You follow the latest trends and developments in the area, and take action accordingly. This to make sure Stora Enso's communication tool box is fitted to enable our operations and business. Furthermore, on an operational level you support all communication platforms.

The goal, is to provide a transparent service that connects all current tools into one service. In short, you combine technical expertise within IT and Communication tech with being able to understand Stora Enso's needs and translate these into working solutions for our operations.

Qualifications

* Relevant Bachelor's degree
* 3 years of relevant experience on cloud, Microsoft products, Telephony, Large event service, VOiP, SIP, unified communication.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Outstanding communication, networking, management. You technical skills are a foundation for this positon, but solutions must also be implemented in collaboration with our operations.
* Analytical thinking and problem solving
* Ability to work independently, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
* All competence in cloud operation is meritorious
* Ability and readiness to travel, sometimes on very short notice
