We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join us in Gothenburg. You will be a part of a talented product team and work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and software developers to make our products even better and easier to use.

As Technical Writer you will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. This includes e.g. user interface copy, documentation for process flows, system manuals, and training/user manuals for an audience that is both technical and non-technical.
Expectations & Tasks

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Write easy-to-understand user interface copy, online help, and tutorials
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Manage translations with 3rd party agencies
Maintain existing information architecture
Coordinate documentation projects

Education & Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Working experience in technical writing
Excellent written skills in English
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and related applications
Systematic, autonomous, results oriented
Enjoys learning new things and working with new technology
Interested in renewable energy

Extra Pluses

Experience from working in a B2B SaaS product team
Fluency in German or Spanish
