We are looking for technical writers for our client in Uppsala. Do you have previous experience in the role and a master's degree in chemistry, molecular biology, biology, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree in Science with 4 years of relevant work experience? This is a full-time assignment for one year with the possibility of extension, starting in February 2024.

Responsibilities
• Produce clear and comprehensive textual content and visuals for user manuals and associated materials.
• Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate technical documentation for new product developments and updates.
• Interact with subject matter experts to collect essential information for precise product descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) processes for the release of documentation.
Qualifications
• Possession of an MSc degree, preferably in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, or a related field; alternatively, a BSc in Science coupled with 4 years of pertinent work experience.
• A track record of 1 or more years in technical writing, editing, and producing documentation within the life science or medical device industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing desktop publishing tools like Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Advantageous familiarity with XML publishing, online help systems, and CAD models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
