The position
Do you have a few years' experience working with documentation? Do you want to develop your knowledge in creating user-friendly communication bridges between complex systems and end-users? Do you want to be part of a digital transformation journey and work with healthcare systems that will play a future role in healthcare and welfare improvement?
Then we have a great opportunity for you (and us) to become a Technical Writer at Cambio! In this role, you will describe healthcare software products in a clear and user-friendly way, aimed at installers, system administrators and end-users. You will work with our products within healtcare, including Cambio COSMIC, and gain insight into the entire product flow. You will be part of a committed international team consisting of technical writers, located in both Sweden and Sri Lanka. You will work closely with team members, product owners, developers, and technicians, building a solid foundation of knowledge and information together. The team is in a large and significant change process where you will have the opportunity to have a great impact on how our future documentation deliveries will look like!
About you
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are interested in writing about technology and software and have the ability to view things from different user perspectives. We believe that you are driven, have the skill to prioritize, and have a keen eye for detail. Since you will be part of an international team, it is important that you are a communicative team player, but that you are also able to take responsibility for your own assignments and work independently in a structured way.
Examples of your responsibilities
Write, review, revise, maintain, and translate technical documentation in Swedish and English.
Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources in order to document new or changed product functionality.
Peer review the work of your technical writer colleagues.
Participate in new/developing projects.
Contribute to documentation process improvements.
Contribute to upholding and developing new documentation standards.

Requirements
• A university degree, vocational education, equivalent work, or educationalexperience in technical information
• 2-4 years' experience as a technical writer
• Good computer skills, comfortable working with different tools and systems
• Excellent knowledge in MS Word and experience in Office 365
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• The ability to write clearly, systematically, and pedagogically for different target groups
• The ability to quickly learn, explain and understand complex topics
It's a bonus if you
• Have experience working in DMS-tools (Document Management System), translation tools, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Have experience writing documentation for software systems and of working with projects
• Have experience working with graphics/illustrations
Place of employment: Linköping, Stockholm

Scope: Full time
