We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and thorough Technical Support Specialist.

As Technical Support Specialist at Greenbyte, you are responsible for assistance to existing customers regarding support, troubleshooting, technical integration implementation, and product configuration. You will also provide technical expertise during our customer onboarding process.

Greenbyte's philosophy is to work closely together with our customers. This means that working with support is an important part of maintaining that relationship since contact with customers will be on a day to day basis.

What you will be doing:

- Be a part of the support team taking care of the incoming tickets and questions
- Provide ongoing support for Greenbyte's products
- Evaluate and improve the workflow and processes within the support team
- Supply technical expertise during customer implementation projects
- Data import and data modification
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Greenbyte's products
- Troubleshoot network related issues between Greenbyte's servers and the customer's assets



- Enjoy learning new things and working with new technology
- Have previous experience with delivering technical support in a growing support team
- Have experience of working in a software development company
- Are systematic, autonomous and results oriented
- Have great customer communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with MS Excel or similar program

Extra Pluses

- Experience from working with integration-heavy SaaS offerings
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience with systems administration and network technologies
- Interest in renewable energy, specifically wind and solar
