Currently, we are looking to expand our team with a driven and solutions-oriented Technical Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for assistance to existing customers regarding support, troubleshooting, technical integration implementation, and product configuration. You will also provide technical expertise during our customer onboarding process.

What you will be doing:

- Be a part of our amazing support team taking care of the incoming tickets and questions
- Provide ongoing support for Greenbyte's products
- Evaluate and improve the workflow and processes within the support team
- Handle data import and data modification
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Greenbyte's products
- Troubleshoot network related issues between Greenbyte's servers and the customer's assets



- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with MS Excel or similar program
- Experience with UNIX environments
- Enjoy learning new things and working with new technology
- Solutions oriented and service minded
- Great written and spoken English
- Interest in renewable energy, specifically wind and solar

Extra Pluses

- Bachelor or Masters degree from a relevant field
- Experience with delivering technical support in a quickly growing software development company
- Experience from working with integration-heavy SaaS offerings
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience with systems administration and network technologies
- Experience in networking, routing and common network protocols
- Good written and spoken German
