Technical Support Home Appliances

Whirlpool Nordic is a sales and marketing organization and we sell around 700 000 products each year and operates in the 4 Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark. Our regional HQ is located in Stockholm, with all the central functions.

As a member of the Technical Service team, currently consisting of 4 Service Experts + operating manager, you will be responsible of support to our Nordic service partners in technical matters. This will give you the opportunity to stay close to technical issues occurring on the field but with the advantage of having an office based position together with your colleagues.

Main tasks:
• Technical support and repair guidance on phone or email
• Administrative support in service related IT-tools, spare part orders, product replacement and updating technical documentation
• Support to our customer contact centre in technical matters
• Customer Claim handling
• Support internal sales to end consumer and service partners
• Other service related administration

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge within electricity and mechanics
• Service minded and able to work in a team
• Motivated and driven by problem solving
• Basic knowledge in MS Office and IT-tools
• Fluent in speech and writing in English, Danish and one other Nordic language is very beneficial

We are looking for candidates with relevant technical understanding. It will be a competitive advantage if you work, or have worked, as service engineer in the white goods industry. It's also beneficial with experience from call center, back office and/or support roles.
