Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will be part of the Product Management team with a focus on the post sales "product management". Your duties will initially be support, consultation and sales engineering and thereby have contact with customers in both Swedish and English by phone, e-mail and even visit customer sites when needed. As the first interface of our customers when issues arise then you will quickly get an understanding of our customer's pain points. This information is key for us to continue to develop products that create value to growers. By being part of the product management team, you will serve as key resource in translating customer needs into product requirements for future products. Thereby the role will have a dual function, both solve our customers product issues as well as be part of defining the future products.

Area of Responsibility:

First line technical support
• Take in the cases that come in to the support portal from customers and either answer product or installation/setup inquiries or assign the support case to internal resources
• Support portal site administrator - create and organize support articles

Product management support
• Internal knowledge database organization - develop and organize internal knowledge document database
• Product administration - coordinate product and portfolio changes
• Product data analysis - compile and organize product data and incoming customer feedback

Din profil

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience
• Basic electrical installation understanding
• Good electronics understanding
• Good spoken and written English


Preferred Qualifications:
• Interest in product management and development
• Good WiFi networking understanding


Personal Qualities:
• Organized and can juggle many different projects at the same time
• A willingness to take initiative and positive attitude
• Social awareness and customer relations interest
• Novice adobe creative suite knowledge or willingness to learn
• Interest in learning new things and inquisitive by nature
