As part of Incipientus' growth strategy, they are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Gothenburg. This position will be critical in developing sales with large international clients in Europe and USA. The clients are large companies in food, consumer care and pulp industries. In this role you will initially build the sales pipeline by targeting key clients and set up meetings using sales methods (e.g. Linked-in, cold calling etc.). In this role, you will work closely with Incipientus' management team to build the sales department.
Examples of work assignments
• Overall responsibility for the sales pipeline.
• Find new leads, build up customer pipeline and qualify customers in time.
• Learn Incipientus products and technology.
• Support commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer.
• Work with Management Team to improve various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations and improve Incipientus' general commercial offering.
• Support the Management Team that will drive commercial discussions with customers.
• Gradually the sales person will take on more responsibilities to further develop sales.

Incipientus is looking for you who has a solid track record in sales, who is excellent in finding new prospects and leads, and is ready to take on a new challenge in a growing company. To succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of the processing industry and a passion for scale-up companies. Furthermore, you consider yourself great with people, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions. You take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive and endurance.

• Have a relevant technical University Degree (added bonus).
Requirements
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and it's a bonus if you speak other languages.
• At least 3-5 years of experience within sales.
• Background in commercial technical sales in processing equipment .
• Able and willing to frequently travel to current and potential customer sites across Sweden and abroad as required.
• Able to travel around in the European Union with ease and without complications.
• Driver's license.
