To achieve this, we need a dedicated sales engineer to strengthen our team and this is where you come in.

The Opportunity
In this role your main focus will be to grow and develop the business. By finding new projects and opportunities you challenge who we have traditionally considered to be our customer. In addition to this you will also be driving and developing existing accounts in line with our strategic direction.

In addition, the role requires the analysis of the market and sales region for opportunities/customers, development of new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts, in line with the business corporate goals.

You will be based in Stockholm and a part of our Swedish sales team, reporting to Sales Manager Sweden.

The successful candidate
We believe that you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish a key technology platform for industrial automation solutions and industrial data communication. It is considered an advantage if you have digitalisation know-how and experience with IoT and/or Scada systems.

Our ideal candidate is motivated by working on goal-oriented and strategic projects, with a genuine understanding of and appreciation for excellence in performance & customer service. You'll need to be consultative, well-organised, and able to build trust with clients.

We see that you have a strong passion for doing business where you are involved in the entire process from the initial customer contact to creating long-term customer collaboration. You run sales by creating new relationships where you deliver high service with the customer in focus, thus creating added value for your customers. As a person, you are innovative, structured, and solution-oriented while having a pragmatic approach. You create confidence by being a good listener and putting the customer first. To be successful in your role, you are competitive and always want to develop yourself, both personally and professionally.
