www.talurit.com We are looking for a highly driven person to a significant sales role in our corporate group.
WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
Search, run and lead sales projects to new and existing customers.
Identify client needs and collaborate with our construction department to develop new products.
Sales activities for new markets and new clients through networking, exhibitions, customer and retailer visits, Go ON meetings and more proactive sales work.
Handling and monitoring quotes in to orders.
Streamline and build information transfer to stakeholders within the business group.
This means frequent international traveling is expected (around 75 - 100 days per year).
YOUR PROFILE
You are a Sales Engineer with strong motivation for international sales.
You are a self starter, highly organized and planning while you are creative and innovative.
You meet and succeed timeframes and goals.
You have a strong commitment towards issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
You have documented experience of having achieved good sales results regarding technical products.
To succeed in the role it is desirable with a technical engineering background, you do not need to be a technical expert but have an interest in technology and fine mechanics.
Experience in technical work and the production of complex products as well as experience from working with products/ market matrix are merits.
You easily establish good partnerships and can educate and inform at all levels with international clients.
You have a high work capacity and good stress resistance.
You act safely and confidently against customers, partners, internal and external contacts and has a results oriented and innovative personality. Always sharing knowledge and information in a humble and educative way, contributing to a competence growing environment.
You are passionate for what you do in every given situation and task.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, additional languages like German or Spanish are meritorious.
Very good knowledge in CRM and business systems. Generally high IT skills gladly with CAD knowledge.
