Ongame is now looking to add a Technical Product Manager to the Gaming Services team. The Gaming Services team manages backend products and services within Customer Support, Risk & Fraud, Business Intelligence, and Partner Integration.
The role
Reporting to Head of Gaming Services, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the applications, services and documentation, necessary to allow external operators to join and integrate their business with Ongame Network. The right candidate will be a vital link between business and technology with the responsibility to bridge customer business requirements to technical feature sets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct competitive analysis relative to feature sets, underlying technology, product workflow, usability, etc. to establish technical differentiation and feature/benefit statements.
Gather requirements from prospects, evaluators and customers.
Ensure product design reflects business objectives.
Monitor the implementation of a product project.
Monitor and assess industry standards and innovations.
Write product requirements.
Provide direction to product development relating to prioritization of projects.
Key Skills
Academic degree, preferably in business or technology.
Accomplished problem solver.
Solid understanding of software engineering and web development.
Good analytical skills and the ability to extract requirements via interfacing with stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent people and management skills.
Experience in a leading role, preferably product management or similar.
Effective within an autonomous and results orientated environment.
Knowledge of the eGaming industry an asset.
Experience from Scrum methodology an asset.
Personal Skills
As a professional within a B2B organization, you need to combine the qualities of a high achiever with being a natural team player. You need to be organized and efficient and have the ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
