Main responsibilities

Lead KAM teams to close Managed Services deals powered by world class sales culture, leadership and engagement expertise.
Develop best practices in MS Sales Engagements from SDP0 to SDP3, across Joint Business Foundation, FS, DD, and Contract Negotiations.
Support MS strategy execution and business evolution, including to commercially realize new and innovative value propositions.

Main tasks

Take on role as Engagement Lead for key MS engagements, including Multi-country, cross-domain and Megadeals.
Spearhead negotiations jointly with CU to close MS contracts.
Structure Engagement across staffing, on-time delivery, budget, proposal development, sales tactics, negotiations and contracting.
Lead engagements in new and innovative MS areas, assess Sales readiness and gather customer feedback on Portfolio offerings.

KAM/CU and Domain Sales in MA, RSEs, Commercial expertise, Delivery Flow Operate, Portfolio mgmt, External advisors, Legal advisors

Qualifications

Proven Managed Services deal closer with excellent negotiation skills
Proof of winning RFPs and other procurement-led negotiations
Business-oriented with commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to isolate and translate customer needs into winning propositions
Consultative approach and excellent communication skills
Track record of delivering to high standards and impressing customers
Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to interface with all levels of large organizations and to establish relevant networks
Thought leadership, creativity and courage to conquer unchartered market and portfolio territory to realize new revenue streams
Available to travel >50% of time and to work with engagements onsite for longer periods of time, occasionally up to a year or more
M.Sc. or Business Degree and/or Management Consulting experience (ideally a combination of Engineering and Business degree)
Minimum 15 years of experience working in the ICT industry with focus on outsourcing businesses
