ABOUT THE ROLE
Worldline Sweden is looking for a member to our Technical Customer Support team. Worldline have 120 employees working in Stockholm, UK, Brazil, Belgium, Australia and USA; we are now looking for a new employee for our Client Support-department in Stockholm. In the Stockholm-office, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot from your colleagues in an ambitious work environment. JOB DUTIES
This position is suitable for you if you would like to start your career in an intriguing company where you have the opportunity to get great work experience. In the Technical Customer Support you will be in contact with a lot of different types of people and both have an overview of tasks as well as a more focused workload.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A person who has a relevant academic education or relevant work experience. We believe that you have a great technical interest and that you have very good knowledge in working in Windows-environment and in the Microsoft Office-package.
We believe that you have an ability to handle several work task simultaneously and that you can work with a great overlook at your workflow, but also with more focus on details. Furthermore you have a good structure in your work, you can drive your work forward by yourself and you have high ambitions. You have the ability to communicate with different types of people and you see yourself as a social and service minded person.

OTHER INFORMATION
• START: Immediately

• WORK EXTENT: Full time. Once to twice a week, you will work evenings due to service to Worldline's international customers.

• LOCATION: Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm
