Now we're looking for a technical communicator who wants to help us make a difference in the world.

About the job
As technical communicator you create new product documentation, update, improve and maintain technical documentation. You work proactively to acquire new knowledge of PureBallast system and related topics as well as propagating the knowledge through the organization.
Key tasks:
* Develop and maintain product related technical documentation to support customer needs.
* Maintain document archive for all product documentation.
* Improve and develop information structure.
Who are you?
You are technical oriented with amazing communication skills and find it easy to express yourself in writing and orally. You are curious, driven, structured and take initiatives in order to solve your everyday tasks and improve the way we work. Of course, you like to make the difficult easy to understand and you are happy to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you have easy to learn and thrives in a setting where cooperation is valued.
What you know
You hold a university degree, perhaps in engineering or communications with experience from a similar position. You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Furthermore, you have knowledge and experience from XML and topic-based writing. Experience from creating informative illustrations is a merit.

The PureBallast product is marketed and sold entirely by Alfa Laval and you will act within the global Alfa Laval organization, with many international contacts, both internally and externally.
You will be employed by AlfaWall AB in Tumba.
