Team Leader Nordic Security Control Center
The position will cover a wide area of tasks in an international environment. The position will be the driving force in managing and developing the Alarm Central and Receptions. Your workplace will primarily be in Kista, but also in the rest of Stockholm.
The Team Leader will also:
• ensure that customer security programs are followed.
• manage the Nordic Security Control Center.
• manage the security supplier in the daily work.
• produce, develop and maintain instructions on a Nordic level.
• create innovative solutions for security.
• understand the latest technical security solutions.
The person we are looking for should have a background as a team leader with one of the major security suppliers in Sweden or other relevant experience.
The person needs to have good communication skills both in Swedish and English, good knowledge in customer service, good planning and organizing skills, and also documented experience in writing instructions/procedures. Average IT skills are required. Johnson Controls is moving fast and this demands a flexible and self-starting person who easily relates to people.
