hela Sverige We are looking for a Teamcenter Business Analyst for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6. months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
The Business Analyst they are looking for will be key in proactively creating effective, scalable, and reliable solutions within the Teamcenter PLM area at the company's Digital Core. As a member in the PLM Core Solutions, you contribute to designing and providing Teamcenter services at the company that secure continuous flow of the PLM capabilities to end users.

You'll work with complex concepts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a global cross company environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure and test solutions and methods for enabling and improving PLM solutions in Teamcenter for future Vehicle programs, mostly within the Printed circuit Board management area.
Stakeholder management to understand what the customer needs to bring value to the organization and use agile methodology and thinking to collaborate in the team.
Providing expert level of support to the teams for cross value flow solutions enhancements and developments.
Partner with suppliers, architects, engineers, developers, and internal stakeholders to provide expert guidance on upcoming and innovative solutions and standardization.
Educate users and whole departments in new or changed functionality.
Contribute to boosting team knowledge and continuous improvements.
Required experience / skills:
Excellent knowledge in the PLM area.
Several years of experience of Teamcenter capabilities and configuration.
Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced agile environment.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills: the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and people without technical knowledge. You will also demo new functions to users and departments to gather feedback for further improvements. This mean that you need to be a good presenter as well as listener.
Excellent ability to understand what the customer needs to support the organization with what the organization needs and convey the needs in the team.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience from Automotive industry and or from Electronic industry is meritorious.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
