As Team Manager you will be a vital link in our Supply Chain organization that serves our world-wide customer base.
You will take a high responsibility for a large group of employees, providing direction and development both from a technical and people related perspective.

Role
• Responsible that our "Safety First" culture is lived in every aspect of your teams work and processes
• Responsible for the continuous development of a Quality mindset in thought and action across your team
• Lead and develop your production teams on various alternating shifts
• Improve and stabilize high productivity (OEE) and plan attainment to internal and external customers
• Effectively manage the cost in your area of responsibility within the assigned budget
• Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and improvement projects as well as representation on the companys behalf during audits from authorities and external customers
• Focus strongly on training and developing your team to strengthen their technical, project and people competences
Experience
• Preferably you hold an academic degree in engineering or alternatively technical school degree with
supplementary technical training
• Green Belt certified or interested in becoming is a must.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and in English.
Personality
• You take personal ownership and full accountability to deliver results
• You have strong interpersonal skills, are able to develop your team and are keen to drive change in
order to improve
• You are a team player who is performance driven, result- oriented and analytical.
• You are also comfortable to alternate between daytime work and shift work (evening/night/weekend) if required
• You take responsibility for follow- up and make the team accountable
• You are structured and flexible
• You are willing to make decisions and take controlled risks
