In the role, your responsibilities include ensuring that the ODL is in accordance to best practice and that it meets the quality standards of a modern enterprise and that the strategic direction of the ODL development and maintenance is in line with the BI target architecture. You will work together with several team members specializing in different areas of ODL and help coordinate efforts in order to secure a well-working end-to-end architecture that will provide a solid foundation for any future BI services.

About the job You are ready and willing to learn new technologies and approaches to create the data architecture of the future that will help business units and group functions at Swedbank to succeed in reaching the bank's 5 year wanted position.

You will be responsible for the operations and functions that require coordination and implementation across other cross-functional teams. That includes (but not limited to) release management, job scheduling and monitoring, incident resolution coordination, on-call responsibility coordination across cross-functional teams, test automation improvements etc.
In the role as team manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cross-functional team is working efficiently, competence development within the team, and execute on administrative tasks related to the team.

Your duties comprises:

Staff responsibility for your team
Optimize processes and ways of working
Coaching and support to your team
Manage training needs and budget
Ensuring adequate staffing and workforce planning
Operational risk management
Ensuring the process works for incident, problem and crisis management

What you need to succeed The ideal candidate has/is:

Relevant academic degree
Experience in ODL and or BI/DW related roles
Experience in working in large enterprise programs
Have a genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
Good understanding of IT development, maintenance and operations
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluency in written and oral English, Swedish a bonus
Be onsite in Stockholm and be prepared to travel

As a ODL Sourcing Team Manager you are eager to learn how the business works and how new technology in the BI area can be used to accelerate business and customer value.
You are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude and you are able to work both individually and with other people from different parts of Swedbank.

What you may have worked with previously Team lead or manager within IT, business area or group function
IT Project Manager or Service Manager preferably within the area of business Intelligence
IT and BI development and maintenance
