We are now looking for a Team Leader IT for our Time Critical Remote Support team. The team consists of 12 employees and is based in Skövde.
About the job:
In this role you can challenge yourself in both operational delivery but as well as being overall responsible for the delivery of the team. The Team Leader IT is the 'go to person' and with your good knowledge and experience in either a relevant technology or/and in a business solution/process, combined with good leadership skills, you will help your team develop and reach new heights.
The Team Leader IT reports to the team line manager with the overall responsibility for the delivery area assigned. Terms, conditions and commitments for service deliveries are established and documented by the manager accountable for the delivery. These are formally delegated to the Team Leader IT for execution and day-to-day operations.
As The Team Leader IT you will get to be in charge of the planning and prioritization of the various tasks to be performed by the team. In this work, collaboration with various stakeholders in ensuring the business context of the daily delivery is essential. The team works with various changes/activities such as releases, enhancements/new development, support and/or other runtime activities.
Some of your tasks include:
• Plan, inform, co-ordinate, distribute, implement and monitor the team 's activities on a daily and regular basis to create an efficient work distribution
• Ensure execution, follow up and report on agreed performance indicators and targets
• Secure a professional relationship with other stakeholders within the delivery organization, to ensure an efficient End-To-End-delivery
• Initiate, support, drive and implement continuous improvement activities with focus on productivity and cost-efficiency in the team
• Accountable for ensuring efficient problem solving and root cause analysis within the delivery team
• Coach and give support, feedback and recognition to the team related to delivery and performance
• Participate in project meetings as assigned to you
• Support and encourage development activities for the team members in cooperation with the team line manager
Important for the position:
• 3-5 years of experience from leadership e.g. Team Leader position
• Documented experience working with customer interactions/contacts
• Experience in coaching for high performance
• Good knowledge of Lean Management
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver 's license

About You
We believe that you have a University degree in relevant area and/or earlier experience from similar role. You need to have a passion for leading people and with your drive you will take decision aligned with overall goal that bring the team forward. You work with a positive and structured approach and with the ability to prioritize in order to deliver customer focused, top class service. With your excellent teamwork skills and your well-developed problem-solving skills you will be the right person for the job. If you have earlier experience from production environment and/or attending projects, then this would be beneficial.
