The Team
We are looking for a new, talented Team Lead to head our marketing automation & martech team. The team is part of our delivery team in Sweden. Our people are passionate about growing our clients' business and building first-class digital experiences.
The role
As a Team Lead, you'll be leading a team of consultants within marketing automation and martech. Your role will be vital in coaching and supporting your team members to reach their full potential while expanding our business opportunities. You'll be responsible for the team's utilisation as well as developing and executing a growth plan for your team. You will be reporting to our Head of delivery and be working together with our other team leads in our delivery team. In addition to developing your team's subject matter expertise and thought leadership, you'll actively seek opportunities to deepen your and your team's knowledge of marketing technologies and channel platforms. In addition to leading the team, you will also be a consultant working with some of our clients, as everyone at Avaus. This means working closely with our clients to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
Who are you?
As a person you are organised and driven. You are a team-player and like to be part of a fast-paced environment. You have a strong sense of ownership and are passionate about data, algorithms, and customer experience. Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Proven track record in formel team leadership
• Experience from working in management consulting
• Experience from forming and executing strategies to deliver omnichannel personalisation at scale
• Experience from and understanding of the strategic possibilities MarTech enables
• Experience from data driven sales and marketing development in complex environments is a plus
• Experience from B2C and B2B use case creation is a big plus
• Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
• Fluent in English
Practical information:
This is a permanent position with a 6 months' probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17, starting date August 14. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to Head of Deliver, Ellen Lubeck.
