Having left the startup phase, PinMeTo are now scaling up in order to deliver our unique product to world leading brands. We are therefore in search of a Product Development Team Lead, to join our product team in Malmö, Sweden.
As Product Development Team Lead at PinMeTo you will join the long-standing Agile team to help us take our technology platform to the next level. You achieve this by leading, empowering and building the product team's capabilities. To succeed in this role, you must be able to: lead and build a long-standing product team and drive a culture of continuous improvement. The team is co-located at our head office in Malmö and has a great mix of young to senior team members from all over the world.
Role accountabilities
• You will be a coach and mentor to the product team to help them grow their capability to solve problems and innovation
• You will support the creation, monitoring, and facilitating the team to review KPIs of their performance, in order to drive the teams improvements and transparency
• Encourage, motivate, and enable cross team collaboration within the Product organization
• Collaborate and engage with other Team Leads and Managers within the PinMeTo organization to successfully deliver cross team deliverables and wider departmental objectives
• Responsible for hiring new talent
Knowledge, skills and behaviors required
• Team Development - Provide coaching and mentoring to support colleagues / encourages team members to develop their skills
• Agile Experience - experience leading Agile product teams performing iterative development
• Technical and business knowledge - understand the desired business and technical decisions
• Problem solving - demonstrate initiative and independence to solve problems, whilst knowing when to include different perspectives
• Constant desire to learn from experiences, drive change initiatives and challenge own assumptions
• Performance Management - hold teams and members accountable for achieving objectives and provide ongoing and timely feedback
