What you'll do:



As the Team Administrator, you will provide crucial support to our Global Medical Respiratory & Immunology Leadership Organization. You will be the central hub - a true "spider in the web" and the go-to person for our team on tactical activities. In this pivotal role, you will support approximately 60 colleagues and foster close relationships with finance partners.



Your Responsibilities will include:

* Lean Budget Management: Take charge of managing team confidence budgets as an Anaplan "super user." You will provide vital support to colleagues with finance phasing, actuals, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial oversight while building strong connections with finance partners.
* Streamline Financial Processes: Assist teams with the efficient handling of Statements of Works, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
* Support CO2 budgeting efforts by tracking travel requests and outcomes while resolving discrepancies between planned and completed trips.
* Maintain essential communication platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint to enhance team collaboration.
* Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities by helping line managers with checklist management.
* Develop a strong expertise in AstraZeneca's internal systems to offer comprehensive support across the team.
* Provide logistical support for internal and external meetings, congresses, and events.
* Manage Leadership Team members' complicated calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
* Oversee multi-location travel arrangements and ensure timely filing of expense reports for Leadership Team members.
* Collaborate with other administrators to coordinate cross-functional activities across global time zones.



Essential Skills/Experience:

* 3 or more years of administrative experience
* At least 2 years of experience supporting Senior Leaders
* Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a global environment
* Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work autonomously, yet collaborate effectively with other AC(s)
* Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize time critical assignments
* Flexibility and the ability to effectively multitask
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong ability with documented experience in budget management
* Capability to proactively prioritize and manage calendars
* Experienced domestic and global travel coordinator
* Expertise in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and SharePoint



Desirable Skills/Experience:

* While not required, experience in the biopharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
* Bachelor's Degree
