hela Sverige The Volvo Group is looking for a senior transfer pricing expert with experience in the area of income taxation to join the Group Tax Department at the Volvo Group Headquarters in Gothenburg. The Group Tax Department has the overall responsibility for all tax matters relating to the operation of the Volvo Group. This senior position offers you an excellent opportunity to work with a broad variety of interesting and challenging transfer pricing issues at Sweden's largest company. In your role, you form part of a global team of approximately 35 highly experienced tax experts, out of which 10 are located at the Headquarter in Gothenburg.
This new position is aimed at strengthening the Transfer Pricing function within the Group following the increasing regulatory requirements and disputes in the transfer pricing area. You will be working with a variety of transfer pricing issues related to the day-to-day operation of the Volvo Group, including one-time projects such as acquisitions, restructurings and divestures as well as leading disputes and litigation cases.

Your application should be written in English.
If you are the one we are looking for, you have at least 10 years' experience in the area of Transfer Pricing as well as general income taxation, typically from tax work within a large multinational, a tax advisory firm and/or the tax authority. An academic degree in law or finance is required and knowledge of participating in negotiations or dealings with tax authorities and court proceedings is an advantage. Experience in accounting and indirect taxation is a plus.
You are an analytical problem-solver with good judgement and strong social skills and have a proven ability to initiate and work independently. A strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with different nationalities, languages and cultures is required. The work will be conducted in close cooperation with a number of other internal functions throughout the Group such as Accounting & Company Control, Corporate Finance, Reporting and Legal as well as the Group's various Business Areas.
You are used to work at a high tempo in stressful situations with the ability to direct and manage complex transfer pricing and related tax matters. The position requires travelling from time to time.
You will functionally report to Head of Transfer Pricing of the Volvo Group.
