Job Description
Join H&M Group on an exciting journey to redefine and elevate our global talent management agenda. We are looking for a Talent Management Senior Specialist with a strong background in tech to shape, implement, and monitor strategic HR processes across the organization. If you have a genuine passion for merging people and business, and proven experience in creating impactful talent strategies, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor global talent management processes and tools, enabled tech.
Develop and execute a long-term global talent management strategy and roadmap, integrating input from stakeholders across the organization.
Support the identification of current and future talent needs, including skill requirements, talent gaps, and succession planning.
Proactively identify and attract top talent, ensuring diverse representation and readiness for key roles.
Coordinate talent pipelines, succession planning, and cross-functional talent discussions.
Visualize and communicate career paths for specific roles and competencies.
Train and advise leaders and employees on our talent management philosophy and processes.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to align talent management strategies with business goals and our culture and values

Qualifications
Extensive experience in talent management, particularly within the tech sector, including workforce planning, talent identification, people development, and succession planning.
Proven track record of driving HR and Talent Management projects from concept to completion, with a strong analytical mindset.
Experience in implementing strategies that drive business results from an HR function.
Skilled in coaching and developing employees and leaders, with the ability to build trustful, cross-functional relationships.
Passionate about talent management, with a strong belief in individual potential and growth.
Experience in supporting organizations through change is an advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

This is a full-time permanent based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
