hela Sverige We are looking for an awesome, professional and result oriented person to join our team! A new Talent Development Manager will belong to the global "Leadership and Talent Development"-team and report to the Vice President Leadership & Talent Development.
We are looking for a person who can develop and maintain a world-class, data-driven talent development process and relevant methods and tools for the benefit of ensuring that Stora Enso always have high performers in all leadership positions. This person can review the talent bench within our identified strategic intent and provide state-of-the-art statistics, analysis, reports and presentations material with gap closing activities.
We need a person who can support the identification and development of talents across the group in line with our strategic plans so that we always have the option to hire from within.
Responsibilities and tasks
The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Providing strategic insights, "the latest and greatest" and external benchmarks for the benefit of constant development of the talent development area.
• Providing professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent development process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
• Collecting, analysing and maintaining data gathered to inform targeted leadership development.
• Providing relevant statistics, pedagogic reports and presentation materials, highlighting strengths, potential gaps and gap closing activities. Translate data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
• Developing effective relationships within the organization and the leaders to have influence and impact the talent development process and outcome.
• Enhance the global talent development awareness across the company to make talent development an everyday mission.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have a university degree in relevant area or equivalent experience of minimum of 5 years in the Talent Development Area. You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
The ideal candidate is analytical, and solution oriented with a proven track record of working with data analytics and drawing conclusions from available data, works enthusiastically and is willing and able to take lead in different initiatives.
As a person you are structured, well-organized and a team player with a positive attitude. We expect you to be a good communicator and an independent problem solver. You can demonstrate a genuine drive and have a "can do" mindset with good planning and organizational skills.
You also have:
• System knowledge, preferably working experience with SAP/ SuccessFactors
• Ability to create pedagogic presentations material and present relevant talent data
Good understanding about the organisational set-up and key stake- holders.
Ability to build trust and maintain relationships and network with all levels and positions
• Ability to provide long-term strategic thinking as well as carrying out operational tasks and "roll up your sleeves"
Ability to work fast and under pressure as well as reacting quickly and effectively to changes in business requirements
• Experience from project management
