What is the essence of the role?

As the Team Leader Talent Acquisition Partner (TAq) for Nordic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment activities within this high performing business area. Based at our new vibrant office in Stockholm, this is an exciting opportunity for someone not only passionate about recruitment but also thrilled about developing, coaching and managing a team. The Nordic marketing company sits within the Europe and Canada Commercial (EUCAN) region and you are part of the regional Talent Acquisition Team, reporting into the Global TAq Lead EUCAN.

First and foremost, you will take responsibility for shaping and driving the operational outputs of a high performing team that manage the sourcing and hires across the business area. To do this in a successful way, you will partner with recruiting managers, HRD and HRBPs, business leaders and other colleagues.

On everyday basis you will identify and fill vacancies, supporting our hiring managers, empowering and challenging them to make the right decisions when it comes to talents and diversity. You will apply different sourcing channels to find the competences needed in the business and with your proactive approach you will recognize and act on opportunities before others. In addition to the day-to-day recruitment you are also working with 3rd party suppliers, supporting projects both locally and globally and mentoring hiring managers.

Typical Accountabilities include:

* Create and execute the recruitment strategy to meet the Nordic demand plan
* Manage full life cycle recruitments up to Director level
* Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, builds a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
* Mentor and coach your team and work with them on their individual development.
* Monitor team delivery using reports, metrics, KPI's and use data to drive improvements, and provide training as needed
* Works with HUB and GTAq leads to understand business priorities and tailor TAq support to meet requirements
* Ensures assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines
* Drive local Employer Branding and Inclusion & Diversity projects



Who are you?

We believe that you have experience in delivering full recruitment life cycle support and that your expertise in identifying and securing candidates was gained in a similar fast paced environment. Your social and communicative skills are of major importance and you have a team delivery attitude. You are at the forefront of digital recruitment and the use of social media, and with those capabilities you will take the driver seat in recruitment marketing campaigns and other Sweden specific activities.

Your experience includes:

* Degree in Human Resources or Scientific Degree complemented by several years of recruitment experience
* Experience in managing and mentoring a successful team
* Good command of Swedish language and proficient in English
* Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining professional relationships as well as partner management
