Wehype is going to double headcount 2021 and we need some help from you with making sure that happens!
What is Wehype?
Wehype is The World's Largest Esports & Gaming Media. We are the leading influencer marketing solution specialized in Twitch and YouTube, reaching 2B+ gamers worldwide.
Since 2016, we have grown to more than triple the size today and work with brands such as MSI, EA, and Activision.
What are our plans for 2021?
2021 will be another year of growth for us. We will go from 19 to 38 people, move into larger, brand new office facilities, and expand globally.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the hiring roadmap together with our human resources manager Jonathan.
You will
• Source candidates for a wide range of roles from partnership managers to full-stack developers
• Write job ads and publish them in the right channels
• Do interviews with candidates
• Take references at the end of the recruitment process
• Work closely together with our management team
Who you are
To thrive in this role, it is important that
• You have an interest in video games
• You have an educational background in HR or similar
• You have worked in tools like LinkedIn recruiter and applicant tracking systems before.
• You have done some work related to recruitment before (this could be everything from an internship to a full-time role)
• You are a driven and entrepreneurial person who gets shit done
