We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a highly committed and engaging talent team who are always striving to be best at what they do. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months, with good opportunities for permanent employment with Benify.

About the position
The role includes responsibility for leading and executing the full life cycle of the hiring process in partnership with the hiring managers and the HR team. You will take a pivotal and active part in Benify's growth by helping to attract and hire exceptional people, promote their employer brand and nurture their great work environment.
As?Talent Acquisition Specialist,?you will;
• Have experience of leading recruitment for sales positions internationally
• Have great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence people in order to secure a great outcome
• Be accountable for the delivery of talent into our international markets aligned to the growth roadmap
• Be a sourcing expert with a proven record of tracking high quality candidates for difficult roles
• Have experience of delivering employer branding plans and content for your client groups
• Have a high degree of social media savviness
• Have an international mindset. You'll have experience of hiring in mainland Europe as well as the UK
Your profile
• Extensive end-to-end full life cycle recruitment experience
• Passionate about people and recruitment, optimistic with a positive attitude, tech savvy, accountable with a motivation to make an impact and scale up a company through searching and hiring the best talent internationally
• Ideally experience of leading recruiting of sales positions, or the adaptability and interest to do so
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Collaborative, creative, open minded and detail oriented
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
