We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Northern Europe team. Together with your Swedish colleague, your primary responsibility is to secure and facilitate recruitments across Sweden, in close collaboration with HR.
We are looking for you who have minimum 3 years of experience in different types of recruitments and candidate sourcing, primarily within IT and technical roles. You share our passion for finding the right talent, and your primary role is to identify, engage, assess and acquire qualitative candidates for various roles with a strong focus on diversity. You will support our managers in recruitments and you also co-drive the employer branding activities. You will be in close collaboration with our business leaders, managers as well as the HR team.
Your key responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate recruitment projects
• Implement and execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies resulting in successful pipelining of both active and passive candidates
• Conduct interviews and effectively assess experience, competencies, and values
• Drive employer branding initiatives and develop relationships with the selected universities
• Support and drive various transformational projects
• Recommending continuous improvement to practices, processes and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
To be successful in the role you need to be highly organized and able to handle recruitments within different business areas. You are strong relationship builder, both internally but also towards candidates to ensure a pipeline for the future needs. You have experience of full life-cycle recruiting and knowledge of the business environment and a good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes. You are fluent in written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English. You will be based in our office in Frösundavik, Solna.
