Animech is growing and we need you to grow even more! We are seeing an increased demand for our digital sales tools and are now expanding our team with a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Animech has twice been mentioned by Gartner in their yearly report on visual configuration and been identified as an integral part in shaping the future of AR and VR solutions. Our shared success is built on solid teamwork in order to both acquire the latest techniques and the ability to find solutions that match our customers business needs and high expectations on quality and usability.
About the role
We are looking for you who loves recruiting, employer branding and to also drive our company culture. Your primary focus is within search and recruitment, but you also drive Animech's Employer branding and contribute to building a strong company culture.
To our successful applicant, we offer you mentorship with a senior HR-consultant (VP People) engaged with Animech.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We want you to be creative, take initiative, like the challenge of being part of a strong growing company with high ambitions. You have extensive experience from recruitment and search, you see the value in creating structure and developing processes. You have a passion for building a strong company culture including arranging 'after works' and make sure our office is inspiring and attractive. You're fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
