Now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist - Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will play a key role to ensure recruitment and talent acquisition practices are utilized and further developed throughout Scandinavian countries, also to fulfil current and future talent needs. We would expect from you to increase the recognition as an attractive employer and to ensure that candidates are being respected and heard. Developing and educating our mangers knowledge and skills in all aspects of recruitment such as interview technique, screening, competence validation. In addition to talent acquisition you will be a resource for the Scandinavian HR team and work on other HR processes related to Onboarding, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance Management. Work load is expected to be changing, recruitment process will be a full-time duty in periods of time. Close collaboration with business leaders and HR Shared Service team in Tallinn and HR manager in Markaryd, is required. The position offers great learning possibilities as HR is a growing demand and within the organization, global and local practices are utilized on weekly basis. You will report to HR Director, North-West (Sweden, Norway and Denmark). Examples of your activities related to HR Specialist tasksDrives the delivery through the managers by planning & leading the key HR processes; including performance management, compensation planning, talent management and succession planning defines short-term and long-term plans & programs and initiatives to achieve objectives. Being an HR partner to managers, coaching managers on employee issues, assists them in identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Together with HR shared Service and local payroll provide end to end HR services for Managers and Employees on HR admin and processes to ensure a seamless service is provided. Ensures that Human Relations Policies and practices comply with applicable labor/ laws and contracts working in line with requirements for the local Union. Cooperate with regional HR team, working closely with centers of excellence and HR Support Services. Examples of your activities related to Talent Aquisition tasksYou work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand the needs and requirements of the positionYou manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing potential candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates and recommending them for placement in close collaboration with hiring manager, talent acquisition administrator and possible HR partner You create talent networks internally and externally to find active and passive potential candidates through proactive marketingYou identify and use new and non-traditional sourcing channels to source candidatesYou build our employer brand with visible presence among potential future talents to ensure future pipeline for recruitment varying from service technician to engineers, service or product delivery project managers and sales people in different levelsYou participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives including assessments, training, internal transitioning plans and employer marketing activities You follow KPI's and drive diversity goals in all hiringYou keep yourself up to date with market developments, challenge own ways of working and show keen curiosity on future developments in talent acquisition/recruitment field. Your skills and competencies which help you to succeedYou get motivated to find good placement from both the candidate and company point of view.You work with social media and modern tools on daily basis.High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.You have minimum 3-year experience of corporate/agency recruiting including sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, and you are confident with different sourcing medias and tools, including proactive research tools.You have fluent English and Scandinavian language/es.
